Ideal for large families and groups of friends who enjoy privacy and contact with unspoilt nature. Villa Bellavista has a dominant position overlooking the sea a few kilometres from Villasimius, a renowned tourist resort on the southeast coast of Sardinia. The property, endowed with all comforts and absolute privacy, has a private entrance and swimming pool and is spread over two levels for about 200 square metres. On the ground floor, there is a large living area, an equipped kitchen and a dining area overlooking a porch with outdoor furniture, the ideal place for al fresco lunches/dinners and sunset aperitifs. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry area. The first floor is dedicated entirely to the sleeping area with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The rooms overlook a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and from which it is possible to admire the greenery of the property and the sea on the horizon. The Villa, whose furnishings are meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, has a garden surrounded by nature, a solarium equipped with sun loungers and a functional barbecue area. Arriving in Villasimius, it is necessary to drive about 4.5 km of unpaved road to reach the Villa. Please note that the use of a car is essential and a car with a good ground clearance is recommended. The Tourist Tax The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded). We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children (2 families) and the accommodation suited us perfectly. The villa is well equipped with everything you may need. The pool was a great temperature, and outside space enjoyable. The location is good, it is up a windy road and the terrain is very bumpy but it wouldn't put me off staying there.
