The villa of which this Penthouse is part, also as an independent apartment, is located on the eastern slope of Villasimius, in a private park of 5 hectares of Mediterranean scrub, 1 km from the beach of Simius and 400 meters from the town center: bars, pastry shops, markets, restaurants and pizzerias are within walking distance.  
Of modern and functional structure, the house of about 95 square meters consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a kitchen open to the living room, 2 bathrooms and a veranda, equipped with all comforts also has a large panoramic terrace and a large private parking.
