The residence has 22 houses and offers a shared, fenced large garden with plants and trees, as well as parking facilities. It is an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a peaceful stay, yet conveniently located just 1 km from the center of Villasimius and 1.5 km from the sea and sandy Campus beach.

The Cordolino Blu residence boasts a large, shared garden area that is fenced and features beautiful plants and trees, providing a serene outdoor space for guests to enjoy. Parking facilities are available on-site, ensuring convenient access to your accommodations.

Cordolino Blu is situated in the countryside, offering a tranquil ambiance while still being within close proximity to various amenities. Within walking distance, you'll find a shop (800 m), supermarket (1 km), restaurant, bar (100 m), and a bus stop just 50 m away. Unit Layout  
The property, named "Music House", is a 4-room terraced house spread across two levels, offering comfortable and cozy furnishings. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV. This level also includes a double bedroom, a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a kettle, and a microwave, as well as a shower room with a bidet and a WC. The upper floor features one room with two beds, a double bedroom, and another shower room with a bidet and a WC. Both bedrooms on the upper floor have access to a balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating may not be available in all rooms. Additional amenities include a large roofed terrace with garden, terrace furniture, and a barbecue area, offering a lovely view of the countryside. For your convenience, a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot (upon request), and a hair dryer are provided. The property also offers reserved parking at the house and a private entrance.

The property is designed for a vacation stay, accommodating a maximum capacity of 6 guests with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
