This detached two-story property, known as "Pintada," is located in a beautiful and comfortable setting on the outskirts of Villasimius, Quartu Sant'elena, Italy. At just 350 meters from the sea and beach, it offers a private, large fenced garden with a wildlife garden and trees, as well as a yard, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a serene and natural getaway.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a spacious outdoor area, with a large fenced garden featuring a wildlife garden and trees, providing a tranquil and private setting for your holiday rental. Additionally, public parking is conveniently located just 150 meters away.  
  
Other Information  
Nearby amenities include a shop at 1.8 km, a supermarket at 2 km, a restaurant and bar at 300 meters, and a bus stop ("Via Roma La Lanterna") at 2.8 km. For those arriving by train or ferry, the Cagliari railway station and ferry terminal are situated 60 km away. The property is also conveniently located near a marina (4.7 km) and a golf course (18 holes, 3 km away). Please note that a car is recommended for your stay.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room villa that is 90 square meters and spans across two levels. The villa features a beautiful and cozy furnishing style. On the main level, there is a living and dining room area with a TV, as well as an exit leading to the veranda. One of the double bedrooms is also located on this floor. Additionally, there is a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, dining table, TV, and air conditioning. The kitchen has an exit leading to the garden. There is also a shower, bidet, and toilet on the main level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating is not available in all rooms. On the upper floor, you will find the second double bedroom, which has an exit leading to a small terrace measuring 15 square meters. The villa also features a large garden area with terrace furniture and a barbecue. From the villa, you can enjoy partial views of the sea. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (available for an extra charge), and a hair dryer.  
  
Other Information  
During your vacation at the "Pintada" villa, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful and cozy furnishings throughout the 4-room accommodation. The living and dining areas provide a comfortable space to relax, while the fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay. The villa can accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The outdoor spaces, including the veranda, garden, and small terrace, offer additional areas to unwind and take in the partial sea views.
