Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles was man braucht im Urlaub war da. Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Ein kleiner Punktentzug für ein schwaches WLAN was bestimmt leicht zu beheben ist. Wir hoffen sehr nochmal nach Sardinien und in diese Ferienwohnung fahren zu dürften. L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma vicina ai servizi (supermercati e negozi) e il centro di Villasimius, che la sera diventa zona pedonale, è raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti. L’appartamento è ottimamente rifinito, con arredi recenti e funzionali e completo di servizi da cucina e attrezzature. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari, che hanno anche pensato di lasciare una dotazione di guide per gli ospiti desiderosi di scoprire la costa e le spiagge. Casa molto spaziosa per 4 persone, arredamento nuovo e molto ben accessoriata. Il balcone esterno è sempre riparato dal sole quindi ottimo per mangiare fuori, la casa si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla dove non ci sono problemi per il parcheggio supermercato a 200mt e in 5 minuti di passeggiata si è al centro di Villasimius. Die Ausstattung ließ auch keine Wünsche offen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Klimaanlage, WLAN und Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden. Zum Stadtzentrum, zu den Restaurants und zum nächsten Supermarkt konnten wir immer zu Fuß laufen. Insbesondere Abends war dies sehr gut, da ein Parkplatz im Stadtzentrum zu späterer Uhrzeit schwer zu finden ist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist trotz des kurzen Weges ins Zentrum sehr ruhig. Aug 26, 2017 #### Delizioso appartamento con tutte le comodità Casa Vacanza 6361889 Come sempre siamo abituati a fare avevamo scelto questo appartamento dopo un'accurata e meticolosa ricerca per trovare la migliore soluzione rispondente alle nostre esigenze. La realtà si è rivelata perfettamente adeguata alla descrizione presente nel sito, l'appartamento non sembra la classica casa di vacanza al mare, tanto è curato con eleganza e funzionalità negli arredi e in tutta la dotazione davvero completa a disposizione. Bellissima la terrazza, da noi sfruttata per tutte le colazioni e le cene. Gentilissimi e signorili i padroni di casa, con i quali è stato un amabile piacere conversare e che ci hanno dato tutta la loro disponibilità per ogni qualsivoglia problematica si fosse presentata. Se dovessimo sottolineare i punti di forza dell'alloggio, che magari raramente le persone considerano, di sicuro porremmo l'accento sulla tranquillità della zona e l'ampio parcheggio a disposizione ( nonostante la vicinanza al centro e al supermercato, entrambi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi ), cose da non trascurare viste anche altre realtà notate in zona. Siamo stati accolti benissimo da Loredana. In casa tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. Il terrazzo consente di fare colazione e cena perchè bene in ombra e riparato. In posizione tranquilla in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro . Per il supermercato ancora meno. Tutte le bellissime spiaggie della zona sono a pochi minuti di macchina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il mio fidanzato ed io abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni di relax, nel mese di aprile, in quest'appartamentino confortevole, piacevole ma soprattutto pulito. Non ci era ancora capitato di trovare una villetta gestita così bene, curata nei minimi dettagli. I padroni si sono mostrati molto disponibili e attenti affinché potessimo trascorrere il week-end nel migliore dei modi. L'appartamento è molto bello, rispecchia le foto presenti sul sito … pulitissimo ed ordinato, direi profumato... accessoriato di tutto. L'arredamento è curato con buon gusto, vi è un terrazzo abbastanza ampio ed è possibile cenare, le camere molto spaziose, sono funzionali e ben arredate, il bagno idem. La zona è tranquilla.. parcheggiare è una favola… vicinissima al centro del paese raggiungibile a piedi. La Sig.a Loredana ed il marito,sono persone squisite, molto gentili, disponibilissime. Sep 9, 2015 #### Casa stupenda per una vacanza favolosa L'appartamento, stupendo, rispecchia esattamente le foto presenti sul sito; è pulitissimo ed ordinato, accessoriato di tutto ciò che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. L'arredamento è curato con gusto, vi è un terrazzo sempre ben ventilato dove è possibile pranzare/cenare; le camere, molto spaziose, sono fresche e, comunque, dotate di aria condizionata (che è presente in tutto l'appartamento). È situato in una zona tranquilla, appena al di fuori dal centro città (raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti), vicino al supermercato Conad (raggiungibile in 1 minuto) e presenta un posteggio nelle immediate vicinanze. La proprietaria, Sig.a Loredana, molto gentile e simpatica, ci ha accolto in maniera squisita e si rende sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. L’alloggio si trova in una posizione strategica, da cui è possibile raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle della costa sud-orientale in pochi minuti di auto. Sep 5, 2015 #### Meravigliosa Appartamento meraviglioso che rispecchia esattamente la descrizione e le foto, fornito di tutto ciò che può essere utile per una vacanza. La casa è pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli, assolutamente consigliata anche per la tranquillità della posizione, ma comunque vicina al centro e al supermercato. Jul 18, 2015 #### Perfetta La casa e' perfetta: struttura nuova, infissi nuovi, arredamento moderno, super accessoriata, esposizione ottima (terrazza abitle coperta verso sud ovest, quindi sempre ben ventilata dalla brezza, camere a nord). Tutte le camere hanno il condizionatore, ma non lo abbiamo mai utilizzato, nonostante l'ondata di caldo africano.
