The house has a New BBQ and seating for eight with dining and lounging area on the rear patio. This 2-story open plan home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths There's a first-floor bedroom with a full bed on the first floor along with a powder room. On the second floor there's a bunk room with a bunk bed (twin over full), a main bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a bath/shower combination in the hallway between the bedrooms. The bunk bedroom features a full balcony with a two-person seating area. There is front porch with seating for 4\. The home sleeps 7 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a Mr. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, pot and pans, Farberware cutlery and service for up to 7 people, there are board games for the entire family. There is an adjustable 47" smart HD TV in the LR, and a 27" smart TV in the first floor BR and 27" smart TV the bunk bedroom. At the end of the block there is a new park, playground, and sports complex, which is perfect for the kids as well as your guests. Enjoy the bay only a 2-minute drive from the house for a taste of the Bay beach scene and wonderful sunsets. The bay is a wonderful place for exploring and discovering a world of wildlife and marine life. You'll see plenty of horseshoe crabs, gulls, pipers, and if you're lucky you might even spot a pod of dolphins off the shore or a bald eagle. Visit the Cape May beaches, take a tour through Cape May with world class restaurants, wineries, breweries, theaters, nature preserves, and other attractions. You can just stay home and barbecue, relax in the hot tub, around the gas fire-pit or take the 10-minute walk to your beach to watch one of our spectacular Delaware Bay sunsets. Travel 5 minutes south to North Cape May and visit the Cape May ferry terminal for a ferry ride or eat at one of the three restaurants with outdoor dining and entertainment. While in North Cape May you can visit the Cape May winery, one of the area's finest. We are located a 15-minute drive to downtown Cape May, and a 15-minute drive to the beaches and boardwalk in Wildwood. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house -- it was exactly as described on the site, well-stocked with all the linens/kitchenware/etc we needed, and had a lovely patio with a fire pit and hot tub that we enjoyed. The house was clean and comfortable, if not a bit tight in the living room for 6 of us to spread out. The hot tub and patio area were greatle enjoyed by all of us. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We greatly appreciated having our dog with us and the ease to the beach and town. Conveniently located near all the main tourist spots, the coast guard base, and more, it offered a clean house in a fantastic neighborhood. This is a well stocked, nicely renovated, very cozy and comfortable vacation home. We enjoyed staying here. We went to the beach in Cape May, Cold Spring Brewery, Dinners in Cape May (Lazy Bones Backwater Grille - excellent) and at Jakes on Bayshore Rd. (also excellent) breakfast/brunch at Castaway Cafe on Bayshore Rd. (very good), We also went shopping at the Mall in Cape May and rented bikes and rode them on the paved railroad bike/walking/jogging trail. Very relaxing to hang out in the hot tub or enjoyed BBQ and eating in the lovely outback area. You do have to drive to attractions, but this is a great location to access beaches, Cape May Zoo, boardwalks and fine dinning. Hope to return. ##### Carol O. The house is close proximity to restaurants and fast food and within 10 minutes to the beach you cant go wrong staying here. My dogs loved the park and the dog beach also very close. I would say Vincent did an excellent job with the house being so clean and you really have everything towels, toilet paper, utensils and a first aid kit and batteries who would have tought. I almost forgot the Jacuzzi oh my God this would be the best thing ever just to relax and soak your bones and the outside patio very nice to hangout and watch the sunset. I would say overall this would be our best vacation yet and yes guaranteed to go back next year. The location was perfect, situated within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to visit. The convenience of being so close to major attractions made our trip even more enjoyable. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, we did encounter many ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. Thankfully, a helpful neighbor provided ant traps, which quickly resolved the issue. Another minor drawback was the hot tub, which was more lukewarm than hot. Two stories with a lovely master bedroom and nice second and third bedrooms. Really enjoyed the balcony as well as the back space. The property was a little bit further from the beach than I realized, but once we got used to driving to the beach with all of our stuff, it really didn’t matter, took barely 2 minutes, and there is plenty of parking right at the beach. The owner was super responsive, and it was great to be able to bring our dog. Just be informed that the house is very close to the neighboring properties so when you’re in the backyard, you kind of hear everybody else and at the same time they hear you- so we tried to be very quiet and respectful for them. We loved our stay at Cape May, this is a very nice property to enjoy your vacation. ##### Elisabeth b. Our hosts have thought of everything you need for your Cape May stay - the decor sets the mood, the house is well stocked, includes beach chairs, umbrella and beach tags for your convenience, an outdoor area with fire pit and hot tub and lots of games for relaxing in the evenings; fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. I highly recommend. Note - the house is in the villas - a short jaunt by car to the heart of Cape May. We were lucky enough that a local festival was happening on the Friday night of our stay, with a band, street vendors & food just a few blocks away. The atmosphere was fun and friendly - my kids had a blast!! I highly recommend this location for a budget friendly Cape May getaway!!! ##### Heather A.
