First, we walked into the enclosed porch that doubled as the only dining area and a laundry room. Therefore you are eating in the place with all the cleaning products emitting fumes. It also got the afternoon sun and didn't have any shades nor blinds. The couch was terribly uncomfortable. It was musty and the owners tried to cover the smell with plug-in air fresheners. The bathroom shelf fell off its hinges while we were there. My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and the owners were clear and quick with their responses.
