You will be driving to get to Cape May or Wildwood beaches however if you just want to read a book while sitting on the sand, it's only a 5-minute walk to the bay. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, especially at night. The back deck is a great place to hang out. House is modern and the elevator was a plus to get all our luggage into the house.Many extras included: linens, towels, plenty of kitchen stuff, beach wagon and chairs!Two complaints. 1\. The yard. Although fenced in and perfect for dogs it was full of weeds and is mainly concrete and stones so we couldn't let the 2 year old play out there. 2\. The decorative grasses around the mailbox make it very difficult to pull out of the driveway as approaching cars are not visable.
