### Soyouz Vanguard by Interhome

Apartment house "Soyouz Vanguard", 19 storeys. 150 m from the centre, 150 m from the skiing area. For shared use: swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 13.Dec. - 10.Apr. and 27.Jun. - 28.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: internet access, lift, storage room for skis. Public parking. Shop 200 m, grocery 50 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 450 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 150 m. Skisport facilities, slopes, ski school 200 m, ski-kindergarten 50 m, sled run 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. The swimming pool facilities are 150 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.  
1-room studio 22 m2 on 19th floor, north facing position. Partly renovated, simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 1 bunk beds (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (DOLCE GUSTO KRUPS) extra, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 4 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
