We have stayed at this hotel before. We love the location of the hotel. The hotel is very pretty with nice rooms and nice private spa facilities. The restaurant has very good food. I recommend eating at their restaurant even if you don’t stay in their hotel. They also have a nice lounge area and do a good breakfast. The service at the restaurant and through out the hotel is excellent and of 5 star quality. They offer free parking down the street in a garage but you can drop your luggage off and check in before parking. The hotel concierge go above and beyond to help you with reservations to restaurants and vineyards.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Fossano
Excellent service! Beautiful boutique hotel that is centrally located in the town of Fossano. Close to vineyards and good restaurants. Hotel rooms are very nice and quiet. Good size bathroom with really nice shower. They have a nice spa for sauna and steam that you request to use privately. Food in restaurant is excellent as well as the service. The lounge is also very nice. Overall a five star stay with great attention to detail and service at a practical price.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it will not be the last. Beautiful hotel, with helpful happy staff as a whole. We enjoyed the courtyard, a delicious meal in the charming restaurant. The bar was comfortable and welcoming. There are quaint rooms to sit and relax. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed chilling in the spa area. Our bedrooms were beautiful, everywhere was immaculate. The local area has plenty of shops and quaint bars/ restaurant also and the local folk are friendly and helpful to. We will definitely be returning for our third stay.

Every aspect of this hotel is exceptional. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is delicious. Our room was the most beautiful we have ever stayed in during our many travels.

Gourmet restaurant required that entire table ordered gourmet dinner. It could not be ordered as 2 persons gourmet and 3 persons a la carte. This does not make sense at all.

What a find
Really lovely hotel at an incredibly reasonable price. The service was excellent. The rooms and hotel are beautifully appointed. My only complaint is that the matress was really hard... which I used to love, but with my bad back, amounted to a bad nights sleep. Also the room has a crazy number of lights and light switches, which was more amusing than annoying. The food was excellent. We were happy we decided to eat at the hotel, which is unusual for us. Fossano is VERY quiet, but conveniently located to a number of beautiful hill towns in the Piedmont region.

Pretty boutique hotel with excellent service
The courteous customer service stands out with this boutique hotel. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of elegant and relaxed. We received excellent directions to the hotel and an invitation to reserve a table at the hotel's restaurant for dinner and for spa time at the hotel's lounge. We did not have time for the spa but we did have dinner and I can 100% recommend it. It was the best dinner experience of our trip. The food was delicious (we ordered the 'local tasting menu'), the wine we had with guidance from our waiter was so perfect and the service was top notch. Stay here, eat here and enjoy :)

Beautiful hotel, room was small but Europe can be that way. The breakfast was great and dinner in the Wine room was amazing! High recommend trying it! Great wine selection also.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The service really makes it - all of the staff are friendly, helpful, you couldn't fault anything. Love the location - a beautiful town to relax in after a hectic city break and close to the bi yearly cheese festival in Bra. Highly recommend dining in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Can't wait to return!

Very special hotel
This is a first class hotel that's treats quests in a very special way. They look after everything from the emails before arriving to,helping change money when there. Plus the two restaurants and The chef Flavio are wonderful and very creative. Do not stay just one night.

Fabulous hotel in every way
Top notch hotel in historic monastery that did not disappoint. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting wineries in Piedmont. The staff were exceptional, answering a million questions we had and helping us make arrangements prior to our arrival. The hotel was quite luxurious with modern amenities, although our room felt a bit small. They provided free access to an in room mini bar which was a really nice touch. Breakfast which was included was outstanding with fresh pressed juices, and a wide range of offerings. One of the best features of this hotel is their outstanding restaurant Antiche Volte. We had the tasting menu which for me was the highlight of our entire two week adventure. I would give anything for one more bite of the pumpkin ravioli with butter, parmesan and licorice.

A real gem.
Pleasantly surprised in every way. Elegance of this small boutique hotel exceeds even its amazing photos, which drew us there. Its a perfect place to launch ventures into Italian wineries of Barolo and Barbaresco. It was really a joy staying there. We loved it. Rare find.

This hotel is in an ancient building but fully renovated combining modern amenities with classical design elements. The level of service and detail was just outstanding. One of the nice features is the Spa which you can use exclusively when you reserve it prior to arrival.

Exquisite attention to detail
The Palazzo Righini in Fossano is a wonderful find. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and it was a shame we were only able to stay one night. Our room was large and beautifully designed - the attention to detail is exquisite. There is a first-class restaurant, with a chef who takes a personal interest in the whole running of the hotel. The cafe/bar seems to be very popular with the locals, particularly on market day.

Purtroppo non ha rispecchiato le nostre aspettative. La camera aveva degli insetti che hanno tolto con uno strofinaccio da sopra il letto. non si può chiedere una bitita o un drink dopo le 20 perché il bistrot chiude e non c’è modo di poter ordinare nulla. La persona all’ingresso è stata poco cordiale e poco ospitale. Non ho trovo alcun rapporto qualità prezzo, specie a Fossano.

Excellent hotel, bien situé dans Fossano. Le personnel est très serviable, accueillant, toujours disponible. Nous avions une très belle chambre. Le spa très propre est bien équipé, hammam, sauna et grand jacuzzi. Le restaurant est à faire, il est également exceptionnel.
