### Vista de La Vila by Bookaparadise

Summary:  
Two-bedroom apartment located on the 3th floor in building Terramar II, Villajoyosa.  
  
The Space:  
This apartment with amazing seaviews is at walking distance from the beach and sea of Villajoyosa.  
  
The living room overlooks the spacious terrace equipped with garden furniture and deck chairs. The terrace faces south and has unobstructed views over the pool with open seaviews.  
  
The main bedroom is furnished with a luxurious bed (180cm x 200cm) and the second bedroom has two single beds 90x200cm.  
  
The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped. A coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher are available.  
  
Further amenities include a washing machine, a smart TV, fast fiberinternet and beach chairs.  
  
A parking space in the garage is included, and there is also plenty of parking space in front and next to the building.  
  
Facilities at the building Terramar II include a large swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden.  
  
Guest Access:  
Our local host will check you personnaly in at location between 16:00 and 22:00\. After 22:00, check-in is not available.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Villajoyosa, a vibrant coastal town in Spain, boasts a rich history dating back to Phoenician and Roman times. Famous for its colorful houses and chocolate industry, it offers picturesque beaches like Playa Centro and Playa Paradis. The town hosts lively festivals, including the Moors and Christians celebrations, making it a must-visit destination on the Costa Blanca.  
  
Getting Around:  
On walking distance, you will find a supermarket, restaurants, beach and public transport such as the bus or train.   
  
Alicante airport is 35 min driving. Valencia airport is 1,5h driving.
