### Sol Mediterráneo - Palm Beach Four-1

Sol Mediterráneo offers you this apartment, recently renovated in the Eurotennis complex, on the beachfront with direct access to "La Caleta·", in Villajoyosa. 5 minutes by car from Benidorm and with a bus stop in the same urbanization.  
  
This beautiful apartment with a terrace is located right on the beach so you can enjoy its magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. It is made up of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave and induction cooking, also includes plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchenware and cleaning amenities. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with hairdryer and bathroom amenities (gel and shampoo). The living room has a sofa bed for two and smart TV. Towels and bed linen are provided so you can enjoy your stay and not have to take up unnecessary space in your suitcase.  
  
The apartment includes tennis rackets and balls to play a game of tennis and have fun exercising.  
  
The urbanization has a swimming pool, tennis courts and parking open all year round and at no additional cost.
