It is fully air-conditioned, equipped with all modern conveniences and adapted to people with reduced mobility.Located away from the crowds but 3 minutes from Villa Joyosa, between Alicante, and Benidorm, located just above four fine sandy beaches, the villa is in perfect condition, located in a very quiet and noiseless neighborhood.You enter a very large living room of about 180 m2 living room illuminated by l by large windows overlooking the sea and a covered terrace. The kitchen is ultra modern, spacious, with two refrigerators and a "cupboard" freezer, and all the accessories, piano several meters long.On the same level, distributed from this reception area, four spacious and ultra comfortable bedrooms, two are double bedrooms with bathrooms wc, two others share a bathroom wc, located between the two bedrooms.By the elevator located in the reception area:1\. You will reach, on the ground floor, a large independent apartment with a fully equipped American kitchen living room (sat tv writing flat), the other two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. They offer an appreciable privacy. We finished our stay off by having our wedding on the roof top with 30 of our close family and friends which everyone said was gorgeous and the views to die for. We have a 3 year old and 8 month old crawling baby. Good communication prior to going and we asked if they had a potty and one was bought. Whilst there Elena answers any questions via WhatsApp. If there was an issue it was immediately sorted out. The Villa is stunning. On the ground floor there is a 2 bedroom self contained flat. There is also a large open space which has a table tennis and football table. Between each floor is a lift with a code. Middle and main floor there are 4 bedrooms (one bedroom you walk through to reach the other). For us with little ones having everyone on one level was great - didn’t have to worry about stairs and meant we were all close by. There is a huge open plan kitchen, diner and two sofa areas. The sofas are really comfy and very big! We wanted to take them home. Bedrooms are lovely - two of them have beautiful views. Beds were comfy. Good sound proofing between the rooms. TV had Netflix and prime. Kitchen has everything you need - lovely big island, double sink, 2 fridges, freezer. There is also a filtered tap so you don’t need to buy bottled water and an ice machine. Outside there is a hot plate to cook on and outdoor eating area. On the other side is a covered wrap around balcony- we had our dinner here in the evening and watched and listened to the sea. The pool is amazing! It was heated which was great with young children. Safe steps into the pool. ##### Shelley F. My entire family was in awe of the beautiful home and unbelievable views of the ocean. Every room was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and amenities were wonderful. We were a family of 6 and it was absolutely perfert for us. Maria, the housekeeper did a great job every day and that was a plus. My family would love to return. Alicante was lovely and lots to do in the area, including a day trip to Valencia. It was difficult leaving the villa to go sightseeing. Pool excellent, even though some of the outside furniture in need of repair. We had extremely high expectations based on the photos but these were exceeded in every way. For all of us it was the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in and cannot recommend it highly enough. We would love to come back. Communication with the host Elena was first-class throughout. She was clear and prompt if we had any queries. The cleaner Valentina is also a real asset and she made a real impression with our children which meant a lot to the mums on the trip. The space is perfect for a mixed group including children. The space is so big and over 3 levels that dinner parties or late nights won’t disturb children, and on the ground floor there is a self contained flat (again perfect for kids). The villa itself is simply stunning including the pool. The photos do not do it justice! The area was a real surprise for us in that we did not expect the nearby beaches to be so nice, particularly the rocky beach near the hotel Montiboli which is great for snorkelling and is a 2 minute walk away. We cannot recommend the villa highly enough, there were no criticisms from the group at all and it is perfect in every way! ##### Paul O.
