Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden and barbecue.  
  
The vacation home is conveniently located with a supermarket right in front of the house. Alto Flumendosa Lake, Ristorante Santa Barbara, and Ristorante Il Nido dell'Aquila are all 2 km away. The Bau Mela Pools and the archaeological site of S’Arcu ’e Is Forros are both 6 km away, while the beaches can be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car.
