« This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. »

« We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again. »

Staying at Dean’s house was like staying at home with all the comforts and essentials of a modern hotel. We had no reason to leave the property between the pool, hot tub and the downstairs living room big enough to be a movie theater for all of us. « The apartment was spacious with a large living room. Only complaint was that the baseboard heaters were not working making the apartment fairly cold with mid-40's degree temps outside. »

« I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!! »
