"My husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to the Boilermaker start line. The apartment was very clean and nicely stocked and organized. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was quick to reply to any questions. The place is very quiet and parking and finding the place was easy. A comfortable, clean place to stay in Utica!"

"This place is not fit for renting out. A strong musty smell when you walk in. Not clean, multiple almost empty toilet paper rolls , can tell place not restocked. The place needs to be inspected to stay listed on VRBO. Do not stay here. "
