We have stayed in this hotel a number of times over the years. Excellent location in the village. Attentive staff and very clean rooms. Love the comfy bed. Updated modern feel. Close to all the action shopping and activities. Well worth it. The spa area is great with three hot tubs sauna and big pool for the family. Would recommend more pool chairs around the deck to accommodate guests. But I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Staff
Cons: Not worth the $600/night for 2 singles and couch, lousy view, small dark room. Definitely got taken advantage of for late booking on Ironman weekend.
Location: Location was great.
Hotel Staff was top notch.,very helpful and very friendly. For the $ paid would expect complimentary muffins type breakfast. Coffee was great and so was the fresh orange water available for the day.

Continuing holiday in Canada

Pros: Good position, within easy access to all shops , restaurants and bars. Modern and comfortable hotel with all the amenities you need .
Cons: Airconditioning was a little loud, but didn't stop us sleeping great
Location: Great location, flat area around hotel , good for the less mobile as well . The gondola and bike track less then 10 minute stroll. Bike hire available
We had been travelling almost 14hrs to flee the Forrest fires , Arrived in the evening and had a warm welcome from the receptionist who gave us a lovely spacious room with great mountain views . Staff were great , modern comfortable rooms, lovely hotel.

Great for families but beware of noise

Pros: Room size
Cons: Noise buffering, more staff.
Very large 2BR suite was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping very good. Friendly staff but often only 2 working in lobby for all issues. Downside: The room was in the village across from a noisy bar with drunk patrons coming out past midnight, and very loud people were outside at 230 am.

Great friendly staffs for quick response. Very convenient to go sightseeing and shopping. Awesome foods nearby. Can't ask for more.

Very friendly staff, room was a little bit compressed with the kitchen directly in front of the bed, but overall very comfortable, great stay, great location.

Pleasant hotel close to village

Hotel staff were very courteous, rooms and common areas were clean. I found the king bed too hard for my liking.
