From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking views and fresh mountain air that instantly made us feel at home.The cabin itself was beautifully crafted, combining rustic charm with modern amenities. The open floor plan allowed for a seamless flow between the spacious living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. It was the perfect spot for our family gatherings, and we loved curling up by the stone fireplace in the evenings.One of the highlights of our stay was the expansive yard that is very close Mast General and easy access to the mountains. We spent time sipping coffee in the morning while taking in the serene landscape and stargazing at night.The location was also fantastic—close to numerous hiking trails, fishing spots, and charming local towns. We were able to explore the scenic beauty of the Appalachians and immerse ourselves in nature. Each day brought a new adventure, from vibrant fall foliage hikes to peaceful afternoons by the lake.The hosts were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, providing us with all the necessary information and recommendations to enhance our stay. We stayed here for my son’s wedding at another venue. The night before the wedding the upstairs lights went out and none of the outlets worked. My husband called to get management and told him that he had checked the breakers and it didn’t resolve the problem. The next day he called them back and they sent me a text asking him to check the breaker. We already told them that we did. I had to put my makeup on in a bathroom with no lights and share and go downstairs to use other bathrooms to blow dry and curl my hair. At night I had to use my phone flashlight to wash up. Not only that but the first two days of our stay my shower went from hot to cold and back to hot over and over again. I had to use another bathroom to get a constant hot shower. I don’t know why they never came to fix the lights. I got another text during the wedding asking to line up a time to get it fixed. Any other company would just send someone out with a master key. Beautiful house but terrible management.
