The staff was super friendly and really wanted to make the stay pleasant, eager to correct issues but unfortunately the building has problems. Stayed 5 nights and if I would have been able to cancel and stay somewhere else I would have. I had multiple issues with the heating in our room. Never got warm. Unreliable water temperature in the shower. Bathroom showed signs of mold and smelled of mildew. Hallways and lobby have an awful pungent smell of cleaning products. You can hear everything through the walls. However there was a sewage odor in the lobby. My room was first floor, couldn’t open window because of construction and workers literally looking in. Bathroom was huge and outdated. Smelled like sewage. Water pressure is like a pressure washer. Fridge was broken, couldn’t get another one so had to throw away all my food. Je ne donne jamais d’avis sur les hôtels, mais la je me devais d’avertir les autres utilisateurs. Une odeur d’égouts depuis la salle de bain qui envahissait la chambre, l’état de la salle de bain qui tombe en ruine, l’état des peintures, plinthes, sol sont déplorables. Le matelas du lit s’enfonçait vers le milieu, adieu le dos au réveil. La bouilloire pour se faire un café était sale. Seul point positif l’accueil ainsi que la clim qui semblait plutôt neuve.
