It has been recently renovated and features a Mallorcan style with a modern touch that makes it very elegant and welcoming. Tourist license number: ETV/7769\. The villa has capacity to accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a unique experience in Mallorca. From the house, impressive views of the mountain and the surrounding garden can be appreciated. The property has several amenities and services to satisfy all the needs of its guests. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, with outdoor furniture that invites relaxation and enjoyment of the outdoors. The terrace is an ideal place to have an aperitif while enjoying panoramic views. Outside there is also a barbecue and a griddle for preparing outdoor meals. The private pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days and has sunbeds for sunbathing. Additionally, there is a spacious parking area for 10 cars on the same property. Inside, the villa has a living room with a comfortable sofa, perfect for resting after a day of exploration. There is also a billiards table for those who wish to enjoy a fun game. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals, including fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer to prepare drinks and fresh juices. The villa is located just 3 km from the supermarket and the nearest town, Villafranca de Bonany. It is also 3 km from the bus station and 6 km from the train station. Although the property is located in an isolated and rural area, it is 25 km from a rocky beach and 27 km from a sandy beach. For golf lovers, there is a golf course 35 km away. Additionally, the airport is only 41 km away. Ultimately, this spectacular villa offers a unique experience on the island of Mallorca, with everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay in an impressive setting. Additionally, it is also possible to organise special events upon prior request and availability. \*This property is located in a residential area, which is why only families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility are accepted, youth groups will not be accepted. Rules: \- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, they can smoke outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground. \- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times. \- You must take responsibility for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area. \- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape. \- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules. The Finca is situated alone on a hill and can only be reached on the last meters by a very stony, steep, but drivable way (a HP-technically better equipped rental car can be very helpful here ;-) ) We were welcomed very friendly by Isabel and familiarized with the very good equipment of the Finca. Shopping facilities can be found very well in Manacor, which is about 10 minutes away. Otherwise, the central location on the island is ideal for day trips. Or one spends the days at the pool (light salt water) and have bbq. All in all a really wonderful stay. We'd all like to come back. ##### Christian L.
