All around, you will find sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a barbecue and various furnished areas to enjoy with friends and family. Your flat includes a shared terrace, ideal for breakfast in the sun or a drink in the evening. Inside, the property showcases charming Mallorcan style with high vaulted ceilings, creating a serene environment for you to unwind. The common areas include a spacious living room with tables and armchairs, perfect for escaping the heat. Your single-level apartment comprises a living-dining room with satellite TV and an open kitchen equipped with induction cooktops and all the necessary utensils for convenient cooking.
