This fantastic modern and charming townhouse in Vilafranca de Bonany offers a private pool and accommodates up to 8 guests. The exterior space exudes charm with its sun-soaked terrace and a small, landscaped garden corner. The pool, set against a backdrop of natural stone, is perfect for cooling off on hot days—whether you're taking a dip or relaxing on the steps with a book, enjoying the sun and refreshing water. There are also 8 sun loungers for basking in the sun. The chlorine pool measures 10 x 4 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.4 meters. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off before savoring a barbecue meal in the open air, prepared on the gas grill and enjoyed under the large parasol.  
  
 Interior DescriptionThis two-story house has been recently renovated with exquisite taste and a modern style.The spacious living room, equipped with air-conditioning and a TV, is open to the kitchen, which features an induction cooktop and an island with stools.The dining area offers a large table for 8 people, perfect for gatherings.A separate laundry room is available, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a closet:One bedroom is located on the main floor with a double bed and is adapted for people with reduced mobility.The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor: one has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to the terrace, while the other two have twin beds.A cot can be set up in any bedroom, and a high chair is available if you're traveling with a baby.The house has three bathrooms: two with showers (one on each floor) and both are adapted for people with reduced mobility.  
  
The property is located in the village of Vilafranca de Bonany, about 350 meters from the town center, where you'll find all the essential services for an independent stay. This area is ideal for long walks and excursions, surrounded by rural landscapes and agricultural activities. The MA-15 road provides a direct route to various beaches and coves on the east coast, such as Porto Cristo, which is approximately 24 km away.  
  
Distances include Porto Cristo beach at 24.4 km, Son Sant Joan Airport at 33.3 km, Golf Reserva Rotana at 15.5 km, Vilafranca de Bonany town center at 0.001 km, Manacor train station at 11 km, Vilafranca de Bonany bus stop at 500 meters, Port de Palma ferry port at 45.3 km, and Hospital Comarcal de Manacor at 11.8 km.
