3 bedroom duplex apartment in a condominium with swimming pool and parking just 3 minutes from Manta Rota beach.   
  
Situated in an elegant condominium with swimming pool, called "Golden Mare", this property is located on the 1st and 2nd floor and comprises:   
  
 \- 1st floor: entrance hall, 1 bedroom with double bed, open-plan living/dining room with fitted kitchen and 1 bathroom with bath.   
  
The living area and kitchen lead out onto 2 patios, 1 of which faces north with a barbecue and direct access to the kitchen, and the other faces south, with around 45m2, with an awning and ample space for sunbathing, and perfect for eating outdoors.   
  
 \- 2nd floor: hall, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. It has a family bathroom with shower and access to 2 terraces overlooking the condominium.   
  
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.   
  
Access to WI-FI (Internet), MEO TV and air-conditioning.   
  
Private parking space within the condominium.
