"Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. "The home is as pictured, short walk to stairs leading to beach or to the small town. Everything you need is in the home, and in town although if you are staying for awhile, we stayed for 4 weeks, you will want to have a car to explore. Restaurants are exceptional in town and beach is fabulous. An extra bonus was weekly cleaning including a change of sheets and towels- Dona Cristina was also helpful with questions and when I couldn’t figure out how to use the washing machine.
