Two bathrooms, one adjacent to the master bedroom on the ground floor and a second bathroom on level two. A beautifully furnished living room, sound system and large flat screen TV with patio doors leading on to a large terrace which enjoys sunshine to late in the evening - a sun worshipper's paradise. Miss the turn off and you head towards Loule, it is wise to turn around and come back to join the IP1. Burgau is a traditional fishing village with narrow cobbled streets. This apartment - over 2 floors - is totally fabulous! I have never before stayed in a place so well-equipped: it has everything you could possibly need, is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, spacious, airy and convenient for both the town with its restaurants, and the beach (about 200m away). There are 2 balconies which catch the sun all day - ideal for breakfast/lunch and then an early evening rose or two… Burgau is small but has a good selection of restaurants and the mini supermarket on the beach road is very well stocked. We hired a car, but it is not essential if you are content with the beach life as Burgau’s beach is beautiful and has a selection of water sports. Alles vorhanden, gut ausgestattete Küche, Terrasse, zwei Bäder. Fewo liegt sehr zentral in Burgau, kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bars und zum Strand. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles super geklappt. Selbst unsere Anreise morgens um 2:30 Uhr ( Flugverspätung) war kein Problem für eine Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung in die Wohnung. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und unser Lieblingsrestaurant No. 3 ist auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Ein Grill ist vorhanden, so dass man auf der schönen Terrasse im Abendlicht grillen kann. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen mussten wir etwas nachputzen. Positiv ist, dass alles in der Küche vorhanden ist, inklusive Geschirrspüler. Maria ist sehr hilfsbereit und Gery hat die Übergabe unkompliziert gestaltet. Insbesondere für größere Familien oder Gruppen von 6 Leuten zu empfehlen. ##### Corinna V. A 1 minute walk away from the local supermarket which is very well stocked and priced. And a good 5-8 minute walk down to the beach. We were always able to find a parking space in the area, although sometimes tight. The balcony off the kitchen was perfect for the morning sun, with views over the hotel pool and far distance hills. And the west facing balcony off the lounge was a super sheltered place for the last of the evening rays with a Sagres. All the beds were comfortable and there was enough room in the lounge for 5 adults to gather around the smart tv. We cooked a couple of times and found most things in the kitchen. The dish washer kinda worked but could do with replacing as there isn't alot of sink drainage area after a hand wash up, minor but worth mentioning. All in all we had a fab time and even though our flight was a little dealyed, which meant we didn't reach Burgau until 1:30am we were still met by Gary and his family who showed us in and around the apartment. ##### John W. Sep 3, 2016 #### Wonderful holiday in a lovely village We are just back from a wonderful holiday in the lovely village of Burgau. Despite our very late arrival on the first evening Gary was very helpful,available to give us directions and show us round the apartment which is centrally located. This apartment is spacious , bright, airy and tastefully decorated. The appliances, including the A/C the washing machine and the cooker are easy to use and very efficient. The tiled floor and large leather couch ensured a dust free environment but the real gem is the large and sunny south facing balcony. Despite there being six of us there was ample room for us to relax and enjoy sitting , sun bathing or eating al fresco. Burgau is a small village with a great beach, a well stocked small supermarket and plenty good restaurants. There are also plenty coastal paths from one village to the next . We had not only a great time but a much needed rest .
