"Host was very responsive and the property was very clean and excellent. The property had lots of amenities and the kitchen was fully stocked with various utensils cooking appliances a grill out back everything a person would need. They also have very nice coffee machines so making coffee is absolutely not an issue. If you are an espresso fan they have one of those and a Nespresso so be sure to bring some of your favorite Nespresso pods along, although the host also had some pods available which was very considerate.Be aware that being in the Lake Tahoe region parking is always limited so there is only space for one vehicle parking inside a protected secure garage and ideally a smaller or mid sized car but contact the host for details and options if you have a larger vehicle (oversized truck for example)."

"We recently stayed at this property with a large family group and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, and the house is very well equipped for large gatherings. There were plenty of appliances, ample seating on the patio, garage and driveway parking, and lots of entertainment options including games and a pool table. The home is especially well suited for families with children, with many child-friendly items available. It is a great setup for large families, particularly during winter months when outdoor activities may be limited.Future guests should be aware: 1) Obtain and print the rental agreement before your arrival. The person named on the rental agreement must be present and able to provide identification in order to access the community facilities. We were not aware of this requirement before our stay and were therefore unable to use the pool and other amenities as our group had planned. 2) The listing states there is space for four boats. During our stay, only two spaces were available because the other two slips were occupied by boats that were being leased. Guests planning to bring multiple watercraft should verify availability in advance.Overall, the property worked well for our group and has many strengths. With clearer communication regarding amenity access and clarification of boat slip availability, it would be an excellent choice for large families visiting Lake Tahoe."

"This was a fantastic experience! Justin was very communicative and considerate. Even when there was a snafu with the transaction due to a VRBO process failure, Justin stepped up to make the experience smooth. The house was perfect and clean. Very awesome place! Highly recommend!"

"Great location for a quiet getaway, away from the crowd. BEAUTIFUL view of the lake from the master bedroom, living room, and the deck,and all 3 lower bedrooms.It was most memorable grilling the ribs on the deck overlooking the most beautiful lake on earth. BTW, they actually had a clean Webber gas grill....and it worked!!!The 'lake view' was the reason we chose this place, and that well made up for minor issues like, not so clean dish washer (residue left by others guests maybe) and missing batteries in the TV remote. Great team of hosts who were very inviting, informative, and communicative, and most likely fixed all those glitches by now. Also the lone lower bathroom (not in any photos) had to be shared by 3 lower bedrooms, and that bathroom definitely is due for a makeover....maybe that was why it's not in the photos..lol.Loads of memories boating and hikingOverall very happy camper.Just enjoy the nature's finest!!!Bon voyage!"
