In Vieux Boucau, this charming, tastefully furnished one-bedroom apartment is located in a secure residence close to all amenities and the lake.  
It features a living room opening onto a pleasant, equipped balcony/terrace. It also has a fitted kitchenette and a bathroom. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and an alcove with two single bunk beds.  
You can also enjoy the shared swimming pool (subject to opening hours).  
  
Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided.  
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation.
