« Very clean room, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lively downtown. Extraordinary location in the heart of the historical center of Sorrento, with tons of restaurants and shops in the cute streets around. The area and neighborhood felt both lively but also safe and pleasant. Friendly staff. Minutes away from the elevator going down to the beaches and the ferry terminal. Very convenient location. Great value for money. Only downside, the wifi in the room was quite slow, which was annoying...

"The hotel feels outdated—comfortable, yes—but at €300 to €400 a night, you expect a touch of luxury. Instead, you get a massive, soulless resort with hundreds of rooms and no high-end services to match the price. And if you're unlucky, you'll end up in a ground floor room next to the pool machinery, which makes an unbearable noise. You can mention it to the front desk, but don’t expect them to care. You're better off looking elsewhere !"
