À Hô Chi Minh, rien de tout cela — le service paraît ordinaire. Cet hôtel ne ressemble pas vraiment à un cinq étoiles : les équipements de la chambre sont plutôt au niveau d’un trois étoiles. Quand on ouvre la porte, seule la lumière de la salle de bain s’allume ; normalement, dans les autres hôtels, il suffit d’insérer la carte à l’entrée pour que tout l’éclairage fonctionne.
