"Berta and Arturo Really made our stay in Torreón special and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and undergoing renovations to make it even better. The pool was huge, the food was very good, and the service was impeccable. We also were traveling with my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair and they went above and beyond to help her and make her comfortable. We will stay at the Crown Plaza again!"

"It was one of my favorite hotels except for the lunch staff; the service was very poor, they had unpleasant manners, and were unfriendly. One of the waiters was empathetic, friendly, and helpful, but the rest were extremely unpleasant. The people at the front desk were wonderful, kind, and helpful. "The accommodations were fabulous, and the room was very clean. We arrived late at night and appreciated knowing there was a security guard on site. Having our vehicle looked after overnight was definitely a plus. The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast, and it was excellent. It offered a wide variety of options including made-to-order eggs and omelets, Belgian waffles, traditional Mexican dishes such as potatoes, beans, and flour gorditas, along with coffee, juice, fruit, vegetables, and yogurt. It was much more than a continental breakfast, more like a small mini-buffet with just the right amount of variety. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip."
