We had a couple of issues during our 2 day stay, but the host was extremely responsive and even offered up an adjacent house. We have stayed in many rental homes but none have been as thoughtful.We arrived later, which is always a challenge with hungry teenagers, but the host had snacks and drinks available to hold them over until dinner.
