Was eager to check into the place after a long day at the beach only to arrive to our lock box and there be no key. This definitely got frustrating as we needed the key to open the gates once our excursion was done as it would be done late. Took a while for host to return message and spoke with a travel agent to speak to the owner. She was not the nicest as there was a lot of attitude when spoken to regarding a key only to realize it in fact was in their LOCKED box NOT ours. Overall not bad for what you’re paying but absolutely horrible check in. Should definitely make sure keys are properly placed in their spot prior to hosting guests next time :) ##### Maritza P.
