Chang Palace is definitely not a palace not even close. This hotel is primarily occupied by Chinese businessmen. I would say that for those who are not used to traditional Chinese food, avoid here. Furthermore, there's really no choices of other restaurants nearby or in the hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful but they either speak local or Chinese language. some may able to speak simple English words but definetly insufficient enough to answer more queries. Generally the finishing for the room is really shabby considering that I've to pay about A$75 p/night. mattress is good the water pressure is great. Wifi is weak.
