Hotel ok for a stay close to Futuroscope (5 min drive / 25 min walk). Good price and everything was ok for sleepping. Several options around for diner. Limited amenities in the room. Breakfast was ok with enough option.

This hotel was a great find! We booked it very last minute, after a stop in Futuroscope en route to the ferry in Roscoff. Firstly, the staff are all so polite, friendly and efficient, from check-in to the breakfast assistant. Secondly - rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The walls have all been freshly painted, new carpets, so everything is fresh despite it being an older hotel. We had a Comfort Double Room so it was quite big. The rooms are so quiet - we had the best night sleep here with no outside noise at all. Breakfast was excellent - there was a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, meat/cheeses. There’s a pool table downstairs, plus an outside swimming pool. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Futuroscope.

I recommend this good hotel
I really liked this hotel, the reception and lounge/bar area was smart clean and comfortable. Our room was especially nice. Pleasant gardens with a pool and lounging area. The guy on reception the evening we stayed ( forgot to get his name) gave excellent service we shall definitely be stopping there again Id definitely recommend

What a dump.. hardly any lighting.. a bar with 1 glass of, no spirits & limited beer… 1 glass have you ever heard such a thing.

Pleasent stay with amazing breakfast
The main thing that lets this hotel down is the outside, it does look drab and forboding. Once inside though, it is very modern and light. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast although expensive was amazing with so much choice and options

Still trading on former glory days - misleading
We’d previous stayed at this hotel approximately 3 years ago and had a fantastic experience, so deliberately sought this place out again when we were passing. In the past few years the amazing restaurant in the grounds has shut down with no replacement. This leaves an eye sore in the grounds and means you have to leave to get dinner. Although the rooms before were a little outdated before, these have deteriorated even further with the removal of the in room fridge and additional stains added. Our room smelt of stale smoke and so we had to have all of the windows open. As we were at the front of the hotel, this meant we heard the passing road as well as customers from near by restaurants and the emptying of the hotel bins. The breakfast was a reasonable spread but this hotel is still trading with the pictures of its glory days and even still had these pictures up on the arrival desk which are no longer representative of the stay. We’ll definitely cross this off our list of places to return to in future.

Modern hotel with chic.
Great overnight stop for us on the way to the uk from Spain. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and rooms are surprisingly quiet considering the location. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had a generous breakfast with lots to choose from. The interior design of the hotel is neat and the corridors to the rooms resemble a stret scene We like this hotel and it’s on our list of favourites.

Reasonably priced given proximity to Futuroscope. The room for a family of 4 was just adequate size wise. The attached restaurant was closed (?permanently) but there are plenty of ok restaurants nearbye. The pool was welcomed by all. Breakfast was above average for a hotel chain.

This is a true quality hotel.
Great hotel located close to the futurescope centre and motorway. Quality hotels is a name from the 80’s, but this hotel was far from the 80’s it is spot on, clean and comfy with a great bar and lounge area. They accommodate dogs also. Breakfast was 11€ with a large selection of food. Staff were all friendly and polite. This will be a regular stop over for us when travelling to and from Spain.

Uncomfortable beds
Upon check in we were tired and wanted two beds...language was an issue as we didn’t speak French. The man at front desk was friendly and we asked to check the room. The lady who had English took over with quite an attitude. If we hadn’t of prepaid for the room we would have walked out. Once we went upstairs a daybed was there...later that night I tried to sleep in it. It was very uncomfortable. My mom and I ended up sharing the large bed that squeaked every time you moved....Paid for the “triple” room and ended up sharing and having an awful sleep. I would skip this hotel in the future - better value elsewhere.

Great for overnight stay with kids
We used this as an overnight stop-over en route further south, and it did exactly what we needed it to. The room comprised a double bed and a single with pull out - all of which were comfortable. We liked the fact that there was a seperate WC to bathroom. One of the reasons we picked this particular hotel was the pool - this was always the carrot that we dangled in front of the 2 x 11 year old boys in the back of the car. And they had a great time in it! We ate dinner at a local diner, so I cannot comment on the restaurant, but the breakfast buffet was well stocked with a good variety of food including cereal, fruit, toast, muffins, crepes, american pancakes and cooked breakfast. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We would definitely stay there for an overnight stay again.

Convenient, comfortable stop over
This is a good place to stop over on the way to the south of France. Fairly typically located in a commercial/industrial zone but that makes it easy to access from the motorway. Not the most modern decor but it's clean. It has a nice little swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. Overall a good stay.

excellent breakfast worth 10 euros good for bits as has bacon eggs and sausage which is unusual for french hotel room clean but no fridge or mini bar so had to ask for one got it straight away very hot over 40 degrees and 38 by night and the air con didnt work so spent very hot uncomfortable nights told managment they said air con doesn't work at such high temps (thought that was what air con was for) other than that everything pleasent near to shops and mile from futuroscope

A 3-star stretch
For a 3-star hotel this place could be much better. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast good, but that's about it. The room had a non-functional air conditioner and one of the beds was a trundle/supplemental bed. The hotel is an old Day's Inn or Quality Inn that has seen it's better days. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either...a 3-star stretch if you ask me.

Good stay for one night as we were just passing through. Nice room just needed AC to work. Good location so we didn't have to get back in the car to get something to eat. Plenty of restaurants close. Breakfast buffet was nice but it costs extra.

Probably easier to find with a SatNav, but we used Google maps which eventually came good. Like many other Hotels in the Futurescope catchment area, it is on effectively on an industrial area, but for us it didn't create any excessive noise etc. But it was a very welcoming and friendly hotel with reception having very good English language. Facilities in room were good and the breakfast was very good with an excellent selection and good value. We would readily stay there again.

Nice for a stop over
Nice hotel and friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Nothing much to look at nearby as it is on a retail park. A few restaurants close by but some are on the opposite side of a busy dual carriageway. About a half mile walk to the nearest roundabout with an underpass to get to restaurants across the road. Hotel has a restaurant with menus on the door but all in French so not easy to understand.

An unxepected Surprise
Traveling back to the uk through France , this was a one night stop. This Hotel is situated to the rear of a retail park but don't let this put you off. We found this to be a great place to be . Clean Comfortable spacious rooms with crisp linen bedding. The staff were helpful and curtious, the breakfast excellent with wide choice of hot or cold items, coffee and tea etc. We really liked the clever interior design of the hotel, making what would be an average hotel into a remarkable one. Our room overlooked the large lawned garden with established trees and a swimming pool. We will certainly use this Hotel again.

Perfect stopover.
The bedrooms were capacious and had very good beds and showers. The staff were welcoming, even when we arrived to sign in at 1am. Hotel exterior starting to show signs of aging.

We arrived late wed night and were greeted by the lovely man on reception who was expecting us so no need for us to try and find our booking. The hotel is much better on the inside than outside lovely modern lounge area and breakfast room with a very large pretty garden and terrace.The room itself was large enough for the three of us and our bed was just heaven,large and so comfy and our daughter liked her large sofa bed.The reception staff in the morning were very pleasant especially when I mentioned the housekeepers had woke us up talking loudly when cleaning the room next door and apologised on their behalf.Breakfast was a good choice but please have decent coffee not the overheated perculated type!!!!!Overall a great hotel perfect for a night stopover,oh and nice clean pool which sadly we never had time to use.

Nice clean rooms for a family of four
The hotel looks a little dated from the outside, but the interior is nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. My boy loved the pool table in the lobby and the breakfast was fully stocked

didn't really see much of the hotel, arrived at 10.00 pm and left by 6.am as only used it as a quick stop over on the way to the south of france. Thought the hotel was looking a little tired in places but it did the job and allowed for a few hours sleep which is all we wanted. The staff were very friendly and spoke good english, i woud stay again

Excellent value for money
We booked this hotel as a stopover on our drive south. We needed two rooms for our large family and this hotel seemed very reasonably priced. We had a little difficulty finding it but once we did it surpassed all of our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable and the outside space was excellent. There were also numerous restaurants close by, within walking distance. We were travelling with our dog so the fact that they accommodated him too was great. We had breakfast the following morning which was buffet style and very good. It wasn't cheap but was convenient and the staff were more than happy to top up your coffee while you took your time even though it was quite busy. This hotel was excellent value for money and I would have no hesitation booking here again and would certainly recommend to family & friends.

Nice hotel for visiting futuroscope. Clean room, specious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. A/C did not work so we had to sleep with open window. Breakfast is a bit pricy 15 euro per person. Was not charged for our young girls. In general we enjoyed our staying.

Excellent service and good independent restaurant. Very family friendly - children played in large garden while grown ups enjoyed after dinner coffee etc. Really accepting of our large and well behaved dog. Pool is a real sun trap.

Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas ou peu. La chasse d eau a coulée toute la nuit. Une des serviettes de toilette etait sale. Concernant la literie elle est convenable et le personnel sympathique.

Séjour vraiment lamentable. Hôtel bruyant, on entend toutes les portes du couloir et son voisin de chambre. Chauffage qui ne marche pas, 15° dans la chambre le soir, les enfants avait froids. Chasse d’eau cassée, toilette horrible. Il y avait des poils dans notre lit. La moquette a du servir dans un film policier avec toutes taches dessus. On avait peur de chopper quelques choses en marchant dessus. Il y avait des taches d’humidité sur les rideaux. Bref, je ne reviendrais plus ici. Je pense que cet hôtel est encore « vivant » grâce au futuroscope. Seul point positif est le petit déjeuner qui est plutôt sympa.
