Our air conditioning did not work . The elevator was out of service , our 4th floor room was 102 steps up. I checked out the fitness center and as I opened the door there was a naked man coming out of the sauna right by the treadmills . I did not feel comfortable to use the facilities after that . The room was spacious and clean but so hot ! The staff were very nice carrying our bags up and down to our room . The manager agreed to a 30 percent discount and also gave us free breakfast . I did feel it should have been more but Caroline was super professional and understanding ! Overall an unpleasant uncomfortable nights stay . I would not recommend a stay here . The floors had building materials all over the place in the hall ways and along the stairwells. The room was clean but told we may not have hot water for part of the time. Offer to send us to another one of their hotels but we found out that one was under construction. We were fortunate that we only spent one night...we would not want to spend any additional nights. The hotel should have informed us that it was under construction and provided us an alternative.
