If you pay 250 dollars a night for a hotel, that hotel should definitely include at least breakfast in the morning, free parking, and if it is not written that you should not enter the room door, it should be entered and cleaned daily. The location was good, the restaurant & bar on the top floor was good. 10/6

Beside poor mattresses and pillows the hotel was excellent and service was good. The hotel is not very close to the most tourist attractions ( it's approximately 1.7 km, 22 min walk).

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to all the main attraction we wanted to visit The Christmas markets are beautiful and we had the best time visiting this lovely clean city. The hotel staff are very attentive,the bar area on the 18th floor gives you amazing views of this city,so cool We are in the restaurant,food was amazing,not cheap but worth the treat! Highly recommend if looking to stay in Vienna 👍

Stayed in a “So Comfy” room with a city view on the 13th floor, and it was excellent. View was beautiful; room was large and cleaned well each day. Good water pressure in shower. Hotel is right across from 1st, walkable to everywhere. Highly recommend.

A good stay
Was really nice. Location is great. Room was probably amazing on opening day But looks a bit tattered now. Bathtub amazing and great views. Rooftop restaurant and bar were incredible.

The staff are amazing! The stay was quite free from any disruptions. Staff are extremely helpful, accommodating, and hospitable. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. There isn’t a bad thing to say about this place.

Beautiful, ultra-modern rooms, generous bath tub and separate shower. The shower door is nice looking but with a wide vertical gap to flood the room if one is not careful. An outstanding breakfast and dining restaurant and bar on the 18th floor overlooking Vienna including St Stephen’s cathedral. We enjoyed an exceptional breakfast and nice cocktails Staff are friendly and quite professional.

Hotel was clean,modern and centrally situated. Rooms were clean and comfortable with everything you need. Free coffee and cold drinks are supplied. If I’m going to be picky we found the mattress a bit uncomfortable but this didn’t spoil our stay. Breakfast was good. Massive choice and staff friendly and attentive. Being picky again the coffee could be a bit warmer. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Gorgeous suite and constantly refilled free minibar with soft drinks. Amazing view from the room and the 18th floor restaurant. Really handy for public transport, handy for underground and trams, and just one underground stop from the airport train. A perfect base for the trip

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room is very modern. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a quick walk to the city center to huge shopping and restaurant walking streets. The hotel overlooks the city which is a nice perk. The restaurant is in 18th floor with beautiful view. The position of the hotel was perfect. Walking distance from the main attractions. It was spotlessly cleaned daily. The loft restaurant/bar at the roof had the most amazing view!!! The breakfast had a big variety and the service excellent!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The property was very modern and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is a quick walk to the city center to huge shopping and restaurant walking streets which is very lovely amongst all the beautiful buildings. The hotel also overlooks the city which is a nice perk. Concierge was very accommodating, whether we needed suggestions for dinner or taxis, or anything in the city. Everything was taken care of at the hotel. Also one of the rare hotels that supplies everything in the minibar at no charge.! Would definitely come back to this Hotel.

Great hotel perfect location for bars and restaurants and a short walk to the old city centre We found the hop on tour bus great value and it stopped close to the hotel The rooms were very modern, very comfortable bed, large bath in the room and very quiet The breakfast was an excellent buffet, located on 18th floor you have amazing views over the city

We can see from your rating that we have unfortunately not been able to offer you high-quality service in all areas, but we now know where there is still room for improvement from our side. We do not have the largest selection on our menu. However, we want to rather focus on less dishes but provide them in an excellent quality. We know that the minimalistic design of our rooms is a matter of taste. However many of our guests appreciate the design as it helps to focus on the essentials and to be able to relax after a stressful journey, but we can understand if it doesn't suit your taste.We hope to see you soon again at our hotel.
