Great location to everything, transportation, and all attractions. Martin, the manager, was very responsive. However, the property was not ready at 5 pm, with a check-in time of 3 pm. It was never cleaned, dirty sheets and towels were provided. I think the cleaning crew just swept off the hair from the previous guests' of beds. No products, such as soap or shampoo, were provided. Martin delivered the next day, as he was very friendly and suggested we use dishwashing soap to shower the first night. Could not buy anything as it was a holiday and all the stores were closed. The biggest issue not cleaned for our stay, but it had not been cleaned in a long time. Leftover toilet paper rolls from previous guests, and rugs have not been vacuumed or cleaned in years. The dust was collected since the time of Shubert, a famous composer who lived in the building in the early 1800s. The dust was so bad that my son developed a severe asthma attack, so we had to find an emergency pharmacy to get him medical attention. I would recommend the location and size of the property. Loud and noisy all day and night, as many restaurants and bars are below and around the area. It was hot, so the windows were open. If smoke bothers you, a lot of cigarette smoke is coming into the apartment. It was great to go anywhere; all the restaurants in the area were fabulous. In the very center of the city. Schubert was walking those stairs and lived in that walls. It was my business trip. At that price it was not easy to find an apartment in the center before Christmas. So I saved money and time. Close to the subway, supermarket. My travel goals did not require any special accommodation except "where to sleep, where to take shower, dry my hair, iron clothes". So I liked almost everything in the apartment I stayed. (It was cool for me in the bathroom (no heater).
