"Vienna Ring View" is on the top 8. Floor of a residential building from the 60s with a magnificent 360 degree view of the city center, the Kahlenberg and the Augarten. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms plus living room, two exclusive bathrooms and two large balcony terraces with panoramic sauna and whirlpool, in addition to a fully equipped Poggenpohl kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster u. a. The bathrooms have a bathtub, toilet, steam shower, washing machine and dryer. You will also be spoiled with multimedia equipment (satellite, TV, radio, Wi-Fi), two work stations, towels, bed linen, weekly cleaning. Ideal for 4 to 6 people.

Hervorragende Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist sehr gehoben ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Aussicht von den Balkonen traumhaft.

Tolle Wohnung

Wie auf den Bildern
Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Super Lage, ideal für einen Städtetrip oder wie wir es genutzt haben, für Silvester. Man hat einen schönen Blick, quasi über die ganze Stadt. Die Haltestelle für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln direkt vor der Tür.....was will man mehr?

Stylish apartment, good location
Two couples enjoyed our weeklong stay in this stylish, comfortable apartment. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen amenities, the water pressure in the showers, the comfort of the beds, and of course the views. Small inconveniences—WiFi isn’t great in the bedrooms, and the elevator only takes three people, the heat is a bit finicky, but our host responded quickly to that issue. The 2 person hot tub and sauna were lovely, although it would have been nice to have another set of towels (bathrobes are provided). There is a grocery and bakery a few blocks away, and if you don’t want to walk the 6 or 7 minutes to the U2/U4/tram 1 station, there is even a tram 31 that is one minute away that takes you there (probably important in inclement weather). We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Nothing but wonderful things to say. Easy check in, location very close to subway station. Everything we could possibly think of was here. Cannot say enough about this place. It was so nice we often went home a little early to enjoy the sauna and other comforts of this property. What a great place.

Vienna apartment with everything!!
Happy to report this apartment is as fantastic as the listing and pictures! It is a really slick apartment that people who are into gadgets and top of the line appliances will love. The owner met us as planned and showed us around the breathtaking apartment and amenities. This place is located well and it was so easy to catch the underground or tram to go anywhere in the city. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for evening relaxation after a day touring the beautiful city of Vienna. We highly recommend this apartment for a couple or two visiting this fantastic city!

Perfect apartment in a great location
Our group of 4 stayed in Wilfried's fantastic apartment for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wilfried met us upon arrival and gave us a tour and explanation of all the amenities - the apartment is stunning with amazing appliances including a spa and sauna on the rear balcony. Vienna is a lovely city and Wilfried's apartment is perfectly placed to easily access the city being next to a tram stop and within easy walking distance of a U train station. We highly recommend the apartment for anybody wishing to experience Vienna. It was very easy to communicate with Wilfried via Homeaway and this certainly enabled us to enjoy our stay.

It is as beautiful as advertised!
The apartment is stunning. The owners have spared no expense in providing a first class experience. My only concern is the air conditioner. The apartment does have one wall unit but on a warm day it does not cool the bedrooms to a comfortable temperature. Fans are provided which help. We stayed in September when the temperature was an average of 75 degrees.

Heraussragende Location!!!
Diese großzügige Wohnung mit ihrer äußerst geschmackvollen Einrichtung und Ausstattung war ein toller Platz, um Wien zu erkunden. Die zentrumsnahe Lage und der grandiose Blick über Wien aus dem 8. Stock von den beiden Dachterassen war bei dem schönen Wetter, das wir hatten, besonders am Abend ein toller Abschluss eines erlebnisreichen Tages. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Herr Dr. Seywald!
