Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

The room door lock was broken and they ignored our messages to repair it. Had troubling sleep because the heater in room was so bad. Bed and mattress were also of cheap quality which wasn’t warm at all in cold winter. The room also smells very bad.
