The close proximity to the center allows city center tours without having to rely on car or public transport.  
  
Fine studio with 33m² furnished with custom furniture from the carpenter. Fully equipped kitchen. Stylish decoration.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna University of Technology and the famous and mainly frequented by Vienna's creative people Kunsthallencafé at Karlsplatz, which is also one of the most important transport hubs of the Austrian capital and thus also guarantees a first-class connection to public transport. If one of your destinations is not within walking distance - the Karlsplatz station can be reached in 2-3 minutes and offers connections in practically all directions with the U1, U2 and U4 subway lines and numerous other streetcar and bus connections. Hotspots in the immediate vicinity include the Kunsthalle Wien, the Karlskirche, the Musikverein and the Vienna State Opera, as well as the popular Naschmarkt.  
  
Several subways and streetcars leave directly at Karlsplatz near the apartment.
