This is a lovely hotel with the best customer service, the staff were always happy to help and very welcoming. It was easy to get around central Vienna due to the excellent location. We loved the free use of the sauna and breakfast was good. We chose a “quiet room” which was very clean and you could not hear a sound as it faced into the courtyard.
