It is located in the city center (1st district) of Vienna within walking distance you will find the famous "Naschmarkt", Karlsplatz, the famous "Ringstraße", the Mariahilfer Straße and all the main sights. This apartment is located on the 4th floor in a historical Viennese building - elevator available! It is divided into: - kitchen - living room, dining table for six and an open kitchen - three bedrooms with Box Spring bed (1,8m x 2,0m) a smart TV The apartment is fully equiped - you will find everything you need for your perfect stay! We provide you with towels and bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and soap. In the kitchen you will find a water boiler - toaster - dish-washer and a Nespresso machine. For your entertainment we have a 55' smart TV (180 channels - 80 in HD quality) and HI Speed Internet - up to 300Mbit/s. There is a smart TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. Hairdryer, Flatiron and a washing machine are also provided. A high chair and a baby travel bed are also available if you are travelling with kids. You will find tourist-info brochures and the newest Falstaff guides for restaurants and bars. We are happy to assist our guests 24/7 through the airbnb app or via E-Mail. The apartment is located in the city center - following sights and attractions can be reached within a few minutes by feed: State Opera House, Albertina, Karlskirche, Kunsthalle, Stadtbahnpavillon, Künstlerhaus, Theater an der Wien, Secession and the famous Hotel Sacher! Subway/Metro: The next metro station is Karlsplatz (U4/U2), you will reach it in less than 1 minute walking distance. Following public transport station are also at Karlsplatz: 1, 2, D, J, U1, U2. If you arrive at the airport you can easily catch a taxi in front of the arriving hall (the price should be max. € 35) or take the CAT (City Airport Train - single € 11; return € 19 - kids to the age of 14 ride for free) to "Wien Mitte" - there you take the U4 - direction "Hütteldorf" and hop off at "Karlsplatz" - Take the exit "Bösendorferstraße". To get to "Schönbrunn" you also take the U4 - direction "Hütteldorf" - approx. 12 min. from the apartment. Parking: The whole 1th district of Vienna is a short parking zone from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM except on public holidays and weekends. Please note that every street in Vienna has zones which are exclusively for residents. You should use a parking ticket from the first minute of parking onward, also just for unloading your car. Parking tickets are available in Tobacco shop, Gas stations or you use mobile parking (IOS + Android App: HANDYparken) Price for 60 minutes: € 2,10.- The closest private garage, about 3 min walk from the apartment, is Contipark Kärntnerringgarage , Mahlerstraße 6-8, 1010 Wien. - open 24/7 - € 20/day A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. The apartment's location is perfect, within 5" of Ubahn and trolley stops and 10" from the Naschmarkt. The rooms face an inner courtyard, so that although in the center of a busy city, it's quite quiet and the kitchen well equipped. One quirk is that the master bath doesn't have a toilet (a washing machine is plumbed in instead). Our group as has travelled together before so this wasn't an issue.One suggestion for improvement would be an instruction book for the appliances etc. We did have some issues with resolving a double payment before we left, however once we were there the host was very responsive to our questions. It was large enough space for 5 adults. It could use some more counter space in the bathrooms and hooks to hang clothing and towels. Three bedrooms all with king beds, 2 bathrooms - one full bathroom, one toilet closet, and one bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink vanity (no toilet). The location was incredible in the heart of Vienna. I recommend unlocking the door with the button on the app rather than the door keypad. The place was very clean and new remodel. Gorgeous! We stayed two weeks and wanted to unpack suitcases but there were no dressers. Also there were no instructions on how to turn on the tv, air conditioning, heater and use the washer/dryer which had all cycles in German. The washer/ dryer is one unit it’s a small capacity which is not very effective in drying. We would have loved to had a book which recommended some restaurants close by. We were not told there was a lock box with a key in it until we couldn’t get in the apartment after trying about 15 times. You should be told about the lock box before your rental starts in case you have problems with the door which can be tricky. There is no toilet in the master bedroom because the washer/dryer unit is there. The elevator is a real plus. We could not get the air conditioner to work in the master bedroom or the kitchen. We had a cold spell while we were there and could not get the heater to work. The property manager kept telling me I needed to set the thermostat. The real reason was the heat had not been turned on in the building which happened on the 4th day. ##### Becky K. Also walking distance to Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Albertina, and the Hofburg Palace, among the many museums. In other words we were perfectly placed to see a large number of Vienna's many cultural attractions on pleasant walks through the city. The apartment is very clean and modern.
