Nice apartment in best city center location. Fast internet. Kitchen. Fridge. Heating. Towels. Hair dryer. Very comfortable bed. Two separate rooms. Ideal for two people (and a baby). Bright. Spacious. Quiet.

Located on the second floor with an elevator, the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city center.

There is a separate dining room with a dining table and separate the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator will give you the opportunity to cook while your stay.

Free fast internet with WIFI.

All necessary towels and linens are always fresh and clean!

Vienna's historical city center and most famous sights are reachable by foot.
The flat is located in the 4th district near the opera. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in this area. Supermarkets just around the corner.
-Metro: 3 minutes walk
-Viennas state opera: 8 min walk
-Naschmarkt-Viennas biggest market with many restaurants in all price categories: 2 minutes
-The museum-quarter, the biggest quarter of contemporary art in europe with a bright range of bars and restaurants: 10 min walk

Excellent public transport connection: Station "Karlsplatz" with underground line U1, U2 and U4 is only 4 minutes walk away.
With line U1 you just need one stop to "Stephansplatz" where you find the famous St. Stephans Cathedral and the center of the old town. With line U4 you get directly to "Schönbrunn" or to "Landstrasse" where you can change to all trains going to the airport.

Merveilleux! Idéal!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour de 12 jours. L'accueil a été chaleureux et l'appartement lui-même impeccable. Tranquillité et confort. Seul petit bémol: la disponibilité irrégulière de l'eau chaude. L'emplacement de l'appartement est exceptionnel. Nous avons pu nous rendre à pieds presque partout. De plus, le métro est tout près . Tout pour un séjour idéal. Nous sommes ravis.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement ( septembre 2016 ). Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire et communication très aisée. L' appartement est très agréable , décoration contemporaine , très propre et fonctionnel . Nombreux supermarchés à proximité et un excellent restaurant mexicain conseillé par Michi à deux pas de l' appartement. Pas de nuisance sonore . Nous recommandons vivement

Nice apartment and location

Lovely apartment in Vienna, with a convenient elevator and kitchen set up. However, the listing stated there was a laundry dryer, but there was none--just a drying rack. We had counted on being able to clean laundry in the middle of our trip and it was very difficult due to the cold weather to get everything dry before we left.

A few unpleasant surprises upon arrival: There is only one bedroom with 2 beds that can’t be separated. How would this sleep 3?! There is no shower merely a tub without a curtain and The bathroom which houses a tub, sink and washer has no door!. There is no dryer although it was listed. Also check-in was strange as we were handed a full-page of rules in 8 pt font and asked to read them immediately and sign and then the page was whisked away. If the rules are this much of a concern, why not leave a copy of the rules in the apartment. Also in my communication with Eva and friends I was told when we arrived they could make recommendations, our greeter couldn’t even tell us where the closest coffee shop is ( a few doors away). On the plus side: apartment was clean and bright; great location, loved the big windows which provided a refreshing breeze and enjoyed the view of beautiful buildings.

Private sanctuary in Wien

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was very clean and had many windows to let in a lot of light. I really enjoyed looking out on the view and sleeping comfortably In this flat. The bathtub was so nice to soak after walking around the city. Very relaxing restorative environment.

Tolle Stadt - tolle Unterbringung

Wirklich ein cooles Apartement in überragender Lage - möchte sagen konkurrenzlos gelegen, nette Kneipen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ( Frühstück!) und der Naschmarkt der seinem Namen mehr als gerecht wurde!! Wien zu entdecken ist eine Freude- mit der Location macht’s noch mehr Spaß 😎👍

The Pros: efficient check in, clean apartment, good location The Cons: no electric dryer despite advertised as such; HORRIBLE old, flat pillows that need replacing,; no barrier/ shower curtain on tub to keep water from splashing while showering,; the tub has high sides and you must step into it to bathe or shower; no grab bars or anti slip mat for the tub… very dangerous for older people like me; again, no way to dry the towels or your clothes after washing other than a drying rack. The exhaust fan in the bath keeping magically going off and in throughout the night. Overall, not what I expected for the price.

A wonderful summer visit in October

Great apartment minutes away from the Ringstrasse. We had an amazing time and after wearing ourselves out seeing as much as we could, was always relief to get back to the apartment where we could kick back and relax in a way you never can in a hotel room. Definitely would come back here.

Wohlgefühlt

Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohlgefühlt. Eva ist eine super Gastgeberin und mit Tipps und Hinweisen nicht geizig. Die Lage ist exzellent. In die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Rundherum kann man prima frühstücken oder zu Abend Essen. "Vollpension" oder "Point of Sale" seien hier genannt. Die Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig (Nachbarn); geht aber nach hinten zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße raus. Wir haben prima geschlafen. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Wenn man etwas jammern möchte (tut mir leid Eva: trotz der Gratisflasche Wein): Die Fensterrollos ließen keine ausreichende Verdunklung zu; eines war defekt. Das offene Bad ist nicht jedermanns Sache; das Duschen ist ohne Brausehalterung ist unkomfortabel. Dei Kniefreiheit im WC ist relativ knapp.

Basic apartment, centrally located

Very clean apartment that has what you need, but not much more. I love the location which is an easy walk to the sights, u-bahn and tram, naschmarket, and the Technical University. Our host, Eva, was very responsive to our requests. We liked the mobile wifi router which helped cut down on our overseas data usage. The bathtub shower area is totally open to the bedroom, so you can't brush your teeth or take a shower without disturbing someone who is still in bed. The only seating in the apartment are 2 straight chairs at the kitchen table - hard to relax at after a day of sightseeing.

Sonnige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir konnten fast alles zu Fuß erreichen, die Zimmer waren sauber, haben eine schöne Atmosphäre und sind freundlich (hell). Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bei unserem nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt wieder bei Eva und Michi buchen.
