### Business apartment, 1-6 months

Very central apartment in the bohemian 7th district.   
The 7th district is the very lifely with the youngest population in Vienna.   
  
The apartment is located at one of the hippest places in Vienna - the Neubaugasse - where a lot of cool shops, clubs and restaurants are. There's everything you need: a bathtub, shower, a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, Smart Tv, a bed with a super-comfortable mattress, a workspace, a printer, an aircon & much more.   
  
It's the perfect place to stay for a longer business-/ work-trip and has everything you need to feel @ home   
  
The 06 (Thaliastrasse), U3 (Neubaugasse) and U2 (Volkstheater) can be reached within 8 minutes walking distance. the bus 48a departs just in front of the house.  
  
The apartment is only 10 minutes (walking distance) away from "Mariahilfer Strasse". You can also walk to the first district - it will only take you 12 minutes.
