Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Grundsätzlich sehr geräumige und schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Allerdings mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern. Von 6 Lämpchen imBad bei den Waschtischen waren 3 ausgebrannt. Ebenso im Wohnzimmer. Die Klinke der Terrassentüre ist schlecht verschraubt- eine Schraube steht sogar raus. Das kleine Schlafzimmer dürfte früher eine Küche gewesen sein - die Wasseranschlüsse sind noch dort und die Leitungen sehr schlampig verkleidet. Im WC wurde anscheinend bei der Wasserleitung gearbeitet und danach die Fliesenandeckung nicht wieder angebracht. Für den Preis könnte man schon ein liebevoller gewartetes Appartement erwarten. Wenn diese Mängel behoben werden verdient es auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne.
