Very clean hotel, great staff and good breakfast. It is outside the inner city but quiet and only two walking minutes away from a tram. A 20 min ride on the tram and you find yourself in front of the opera house - as central as it gets.

Everything regarding the hotel was excellent! I would stay again :) At first I was concerned that it's a bit far from the city center, but it wasn't bad at all. A tram station is within 3 minutes of walk. However, the surrounding area feels a bit isolated and there isn't a nearby supermarket so it can be a bit inconvinient.

Location was great to go to old town Vienna . Just a 10 minute tram ride . Room was comfortable and staff very welcoming and responsive .

Clean hotel, fire alarm malfunction, no hot water
This would have been a perfect stay. However, at 3:30am in the middle of the night I was woken up by the fire alarm and had to wait for 30 mins in the hotel lobby for the firefighters to clear up the fire alarm. Although I understand that these issue happen, it was not pleasant. Second issue encountered was that the hot water was not working properly at 6th floor. Water started ok, but after approx. 2 mins (just enough time to soap up) the hot water stopped and I had to rinse with cold water which was not pleasant at all. Once I mentioned at checkout the hot water issue, the gentlemen at the front desk very casually told me that they know that there are problems with the hot water .... :-(

Very clean hotel but a bit out of the way
The location isn't the best for the centre of the city, but I stayed because I needed quick access to the airport. Everything else was really nice about the hotel. Nice room, although the promised city view was into the back of the hotel loading area. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are on a business trip, as I was it's a good hotel. If you are on holiday, I'd recommend somewhereore central.

Nice spot which is not that far from old town
Rooms are well equiped, including kettle, nice large towels. Shower works well. However no free mineral water bottle and ironing board. You have a drink table for runners and complimentary apples at lobby. Breakfast is quite good, although variety of hot meals could be better.

Comfortable hotel near the city center
Hotel is in good condition, close to public transportation. Our room was a decent size, clean, mattresses comfortable, quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s only around 10min by tram from Vienna Central Station. But there is no good restaurant around there, only automobile dealer.

Parking is only 5 euros/day, although it shows free parking when booking. Staffs are not as nice as thought. Clean and new hotel. Very close to street train 71, convenient. Clean and good breakfast. Room does not have hot water boiler/kettle.

Overall, everything was fine, clean and comfortable. There is just one thing double bedroom with two separate mattresses, which is not comfortable for couples.
