Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication

Wir haben ein „Appartment“ gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer, welches in keinster Weise mit der Ausstattung aus der Beschreibung übereinstimmte. Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber widersprüchlich.
