She did not speak english at all, but this is when we learnt that cleaning was compulsory, so the price mentioned on Hotels.com is not the final one ! (We were hoping that we could clean by ourselves) She also told us that check out was compulsory at 10:00 and that we must not be late. The flat itself isn't that bad but is noisy (we could hear the TV set of the neigbour all night long). Furthermore, they put different pictures in the website and gave us another unit in the different building which was under construction and very noisy.
