This 33 m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building in the 16th district. It offers a private, well-organized space for up to three guests.  
  
The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a sofa that can be used as a bed( not ideal for bigger/taller guests)for one person, making it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups.  
  
The kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and essential utensils. It’s well suited for light cooking or preparing breakfast. A dining table with three chairs completes the space.
