#### Schrecklich mit möglichen Gesundheitsrisiken 

Es war die schlimmste Erfahrung aller Zeiten, als wir kamen, war nichts fertig, das Badezimmer war ekelhaft und schmutzig, das Zimmer hatte Insekten zertrümmert, unangenehmer Geruch. Das Bett selbst war eine weitere Horrorgeschichte, gefüllt mit Haaren und Flecken, die Matratze hatte auch gelbe Flecken, es hatte auch Partikel, die wie Bettwanzen auf der ganzen Matratze aussahen. Wir haben eine Rückerstattung gefordert und sie wollen uns mit ihrer keine Entlassungspolitik austricksen, aber das ist eine grobe Inkompetenz auf ihrer Seite
